Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial License
All material in the mainspace of the Central Wongery and Public Wongery wikis is released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) License. (The same will be true of Master Wongeries when and if they exist.) This allows you to freely use, adapt, and expand upon any of this material however you see fit, including for commercial projects, subject to the following conditions:
- You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.
- You may not use the material for commercial purposes.

Attribution Text
The following is a sample license and attribution notice that can be used in a derivative work drawing upon an article in the Central or Public Wongery:
- This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. It uses material from the article "[Article Name]" on the [Central/Public] Wongery, [Article URL], by [Article's Contributors].
The article's contributors can be found by looking at the page's history. If there are multiple contributors, you can just list "the Grandmaster Wongers" as the article's contributors for an article in the Central Wongery, or "Public Wongery contributors" for an article in the Public Wongery. If your work draws on many articles, rather than credit them all individually you can use a license and attribution notice similar to the following:
- This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. It uses material from the Wongery, http://www.wongery.com, by the Wongery's contributors.
Dual Licensing
Besides the CC BY-NC license, the Wongery content is also licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) License. You may (but are not required to) release your work under both these licenses, provided you comport with both licenses' terms. If you wish to do so, you may use the same attribution text as above, but replace "the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License" with "the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 and Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International Licenses".
The Grandmaster Wongers also intend to release this material under a third license, the Akinetic Media License, which does not have the ShareAlike terms of the CC BY-SA license or the noncommercial terms of the CC BY-NC license but which only applies to certain media. However, this license does not exist yet, pending the Grandmaster Wongers having the money to hire lawyers to draft it.
