Not all the street vendors of Newbridge sell physical goods. Estelianne Rebur sells advice out of a booth on the sidewalk. A priestess of the Church of the Legion, Rebur advertises that her gods inspire her to tell those who visit her stand what need they want to know. She asks, of course, a small donation to support her work, but she promises the guidance she gives will be more than worth it.

While Rebur is a priestess of the Church of the Legion, she is still more than she appears to be. She's also a spy for the nation of Lagahe, and most of her income comes not from the pittance she gets from her customers but from a stipend from her real employer. Her shtick of advising people on their actions gives her a reason to ask many questions about her customers' purposes and positions, and her location in Newbridge lets her come into contact with people from many lands, from whom she can glean information she can funnel back to Lagahe.

Estelianne Rebur is a willowy woman with long, gray, curly hair and enormous spectacles perched on her nose. Behind Her skin is pale and freckled, and her large ears are bedecked with multiple bejeweled studs. She speaks in a soft, grainy, singsong voice that raises to a shout when is (or pretends to be) overcome by emotion. She usually wears long tunics with vertical stripes in various bright colors, and on hot or rainy days wears a broad-brimmed white hat.
