As befitting the city's cultural hub, the Arts District is well connected to other parts of the city. A major highway runs east and west through the Arts District, and Lüm's longest subway line also passes through this neighborhood, taking riders as far as East Island in one direction and Nungunny in the other. Another major subway line terminating in the Arts District runs north through the City Center.

Main roads in the Arts District are generally broad and relatively straight, giving travelers good views of the galleries, public art, and other sights, and making it an easy neighborhood to travel through. The smaller residential roads can be much twistier and harder to navigate, though artworks hidden in residential areas make them worth the trouble to some visitors.
